In 2015, we three friends from NIT Surat had a simple question why it is so tiring to travel on Indian roads, the simple question has shown many gaps in Indian automotive industry we realized there is an opportunity of creating a whole new segment of automobile accessories in that is how our dream FEGO innovations is born. The first problem we chose is fatigue due to bad roads 80% of the population who travel for more than 60 minutes a day face back pain and fatigue due to the bad road conditions. Our first innovation is a seat that avoids shocks from the bad road conditions. With support from an NID Ahmedabad, JNTU Hyderabad, MSME and other expert designers, we built our first prototype in October 2015 the prototype was a huge hit. we receive good feedback from everywhere. We bagged many National awards[o21] . This time it's making a working prototype into a production ready prototype foresee concept designs , six iterations more than 10000 kilometres of testing working with many good designers and vendors. We successfully came up with our final product FEGO float. Empowered by the people through Crowdfunding, FEGO FLOAT became India’s largest crowd funded project in Dec 2017. Through this campaign, we grew far beyond our Hyderabad home , becoming a national community of 50,000 FEGO owners (and counting ).
