Courier scans can lag 24–48 hours, especially mid-route. If nothing moves for more than 2 days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll chase it.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order hasn't shipped yet — yes, message us immediately. Once it's with the courier, we'll try a redirect but can't guarantee it.
I missed the delivery. What now?
Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. You'll get an SMS to reschedule, or ping us and we'll coordinate with the courier.
